1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ToolStackStash (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolStackStash provides free online calculators for mortgages, auto loans, salary and take-home pay, investing, savings, and debt payoff, along with related guides and explanations. All tools and content are provided “as is” for general informational and educational purposes only.

3. Use of Service

Permitted Use:

  • Personal, non-commercial use of all calculators and tools
  • Reasonable access for legitimate calculation needs
  • Sharing links to specific tools

Prohibited Use:

  • Automated scraping, crawling, or mass data extraction
  • Attempting to overwhelm or disrupt our servers

5. Calculator Results, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We strive for accuracy using industry-standard formulas, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any calculator, result, or content on the Service. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are estimates. Calculators rely on simplified models and assumptions (for example, fixed interest rates, constant rates of return, average tax treatment, and standard rules of thumb) that may not reflect your actual circumstances.
  • Rates, taxes, and laws change. Tax brackets, FICA rates, contribution limits, state and local taxes, fees, interest rates, and regulations change frequently. Figures used by our tools may be outdated, incomplete, or not applicable to your location or situation.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some calculators offer optional AI-generated suggestions. AI responses are produced automatically by third-party AI models, are not reviewed by a human, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent with the calculator’s results, or entirely incorrect. AI output is not professional advice and must not be relied on for any financial, tax, legal, or investment decision. You use AI features at your own risk.

7. No Reliance; Assumption of Risk

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take or do not take based on information from the Service, and for independently verifying any results before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that ToolStackStash is not responsible for any outcome of those decisions.

We are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated calculations, results, or content
  • Financial losses, missed opportunities, penalties, fees, or tax liabilities from decisions based on our tools
  • Errors, bugs, outages, or technical issues
  • Third-party actions, services, advertisements, or AI providers
  • Loss of data or information

8. No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship

Using the Service, contacting us, or receiving a response from us does not create any advisor-client, fiduciary, broker, lender, attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship between you and ToolStackStash.

9. No Warranties

The Service and all calculators, results, and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

  • Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
  • That the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolStackStash and its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, savings, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, or any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any calculator, result, or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
